WRIGHTway Global is my bio. You've read all about how I got started using my tech and hospitality career path as a launchpad for creative and resourceful offerings through the years. And here's a little more insights to the person I've developed into.  

I AM Coach Courtney -- dynamic coach and patient teacher/tutor -- gifted with optimal listening skills. In-fact -- its MY SUPER-POWER.

I have not only a deeper capacity but also a inner-sense to get to the root of what you're dealing with be it everyday relationship challenges or a new area of business or career pivot.

I possess an empathetic ear that is not only able to hear your concerns, but to also gain a profound connection and understanding to help you tackle those concerns, and to implement a plan to have you accomplish your goals.

Tutoring youth through a global pandemic has brought me so much joy. But so has decades of training people of all ages from youth to senior citizens on how to navigate technology from computers to mobile devices. Coaching individuals and groups on career advancement has been a highlight. So has the clarity I've provided to entrepreneurs seeking to shift or expand their business practices.

COACH is not only a title, its a life-long commitment that I thrive in.
